Higher level enchant = more points for that particular enchant. look at apotheosis reforging table also apotheosis salvaging table as you collect lots of armor/tools with various rarity, instead of keeping everything you should only keep the few top best ones and crush the rest to get the apotheosis materials, they have rarity grades from gray (low) to purple (mythic).
